Suggested Uses of L-Tryptophan

As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1-2 L-Tryptophan capsules 2-3 times daily preferably on an empty stomach, with final dose at bedtime, or as instructed by your healthcare physician. Also, consider taking these other NOW products: Inositol and Magnesium.

Other Ingredients in L-Tryptophan

Cellulose (capsule), cellulose powder and stearic acid (vegetable source).
