Now Foods L-Arginine is conditionally a basic essential amino acid required primarily in urea metabolism and excretion.

As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1 no.s of tablet 1 - 3 times per day as needed. Take L-Arginine between meals or at bedtime with a carbohydrate drink to make absorption easy. Consider taking these other products: L-Citrulline, P-5-P, and AAKG.
