    Suggested Uses of 5-htp

    Take 1 tablet, up to two time daily, with food. No water necessary.

    Other Ingredients in 5-htp

    Xylitol, maltodextrin, cellulose gum, soy polysaccharides, crospovidone, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, malic acid, magnesium stearate, beet root extract, gum arabic, citric acid, natural flavor.

    Contains: Wheat and soy.

    No: Milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, yeast, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar or preservatives.

    Warnings
