L-Theanine is a natural amino acid found in green tea. This formulation also involves a member of the B-Vitamin family called Inositol.

Suggested Use Of  L-Theanine

As a dietary supplement, It is advised to take 1 nos of L-Theanine capsule 1- 2 times per day as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.


Other Ingredients In  L-Theanine

L-Theanine Contains Vegetable polysaccharide, (capsule) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica.

This Product does not include with wheat, gluten, soy milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Made in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

This product contains twice the potent L-Theanine (200 mg per capsule) as we have in our regular strength product (100 mg per capsule).
