Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) acts primarily as an enzyme catalyst in many body processes including energy metabolism and neuro-transmitter function. P-5-P eliminates this step by providing B-6 in its converted form, allowing for greater bioavailability.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Other Ingredients

Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule),  microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
